    摘要:

    针对自走式田间甘蔗收集搬运车的驱动要求,设计一种液压系统,包括转运车厢升降液压系统、转运车厢翻转液压系统和转运车支腿调平液压驱动系统。利用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,得到甘蔗转运车液压系统各执行元件的输出特性曲线。仿真与试验结果表明:利用所设计的系统,支腿、升降、倾倒液压缸运行平稳,输出参数稳定,表明该液压系统能够满足甘蔗转运作业使用要求。

    Abstract:

    For self-propelled sugarcane field collection truck driver requirements, a kind of hydraulic system was designed, including transport vehicle lift hydraulic system, transport vehicle turn-over hydraulic system and transport vehicle rollover leg leveling hydraulic drive system. Hydraulic system model was established by using AMESim software, the sugar cane transport vehicle hydraulic system various components output characteristic curves were obtained.The simulation and test results show that by using the designed system, the leg, lifting and dumping hydraulic cylinders can run smoothly and the output parameters are stable, which indicate that the hydraulic system meets the requirements of sugarcane transport operation
