    摘要:

    旋转电磁铁的输出特性极大程度上影响着二维电液换向阀的动态特性。提出一种新的湿式旋转电磁铁以改善二维电液换向阀用旋转电磁铁的输出特性。在介绍新型湿式旋转电磁铁的结构及工作原理的基础上,基于电磁学及动力学方程推导该电磁铁数学模型,并通过仿真分析不同的安匝数以及不同形态的工作间隙对于新型湿式旋转电磁铁输出特性的影响。最后,测试了新型湿式旋转电磁铁样机的性能,试验结果与仿真结果基本一致,证明了所提出电磁铁具有良好的输出特性。

    Abstract:

    The output characteristics of rotating electromagnet greatly affect the dynamic characteristics of two-〖JP〗dimensional electro-hydraulic directional valve.In order to improve the output characteristics of two-dimensional rotary electromagnet for electro-hydraulic directional valve,a new wet rotary electromagnet was proposed.The structure and working principle of the new wet rotary electromagnet were introduced.The mathematical model of the new wet rotary electromagnet was deduced based on the electromagnetics and dynamics equations.The influences of different ampere turns and different shape gaps of electromagnet working face on the output capacity of the new wet rotary electromagnet were analyzed by Maxwell,and the structural parameters of the new wet rotary electromagnet were optimized,Finally,through the performance test of the prototype,it is proved that the new wet rotary electromagnet has good output characteristics.
