Abstract:The output characteristics of rotating electromagnet greatly affect the dynamic characteristics of two-〖JP〗dimensional electro-hydraulic directional valve.In order to improve the output characteristics of two-dimensional rotary electromagnet for electro-hydraulic directional valve,a new wet rotary electromagnet was proposed.The structure and working principle of the new wet rotary electromagnet were introduced.The mathematical model of the new wet rotary electromagnet was deduced based on the electromagnetics and dynamics equations.The influences of different ampere turns and different shape gaps of electromagnet working face on the output capacity of the new wet rotary electromagnet were analyzed by Maxwell,and the structural parameters of the new wet rotary electromagnet were optimized,Finally,through the performance test of the prototype,it is proved that the new wet rotary electromagnet has good output characteristics.
