    摘要:

    针对目前ERP信息管理系统与CAD产品设计系统之间信息集成度不高的问题,以液压缸生产为背景,设计并开发了一种面向ERP与CAD集成的产品图库管理系统。将CAD设计图纸的物料信息识别提取到ERP系统的数据库中,并自动生成特殊的产品BOM表样式,将每个产品的整套CAD设计图纸与其订单合同信息绑定,以便生产人员能实时检索浏览所需图纸;然后根据液压缸的设计参数将典型产品对应的图纸进行分类标准化管理形成企业基型产品清单和标准图库,以便设计人员据此快速完成新产品的设计。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of low information integration between the current ERP information management system and CAD product design system,a product drawing management system oriented to the integration of ERP and CAD was designed and developed with hydraulic cylinder production as the background.The material information identification of CAD design drawings was extracted into the database of ERP system,and a special product BOM table style was automatically generated.The complete set of CAD design drawings of each product was bound to the order contract information,so that the production staff can search and browse the required drawings in real-time.Then according to the design parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,the drawings corresponding to the typical products were classified and standardized to form the enterprise basic product list and standard library,so that the designers can quickly complete the design of the new product accordingly.
