    摘要:

    为解决轻量化凸转子容积利用最大化的问题,提出一种由内共轭轮廓段收缩为一定点的极限构造方法。由此极限轮廓的共轭几何关系,计算出两类相应转子的极限形状系数与极限容积利用系数;采用双对称方法,推导出待求轮廓段的构造方程。结果表明:定点共轭轮廓具有各类共轭曲线类型下的极限形状系数和极限容积利用系数;高形化构造能进一步获得更佳的轻量化效果及形成降低气体介质共轭泄漏的多密封点位;节圆内替代圆弧能有效消除液体介质的困油现象,且轮廓更为简单,加工更容易。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of lightweight roots rotor volume utilization maximization,an extreme contour construction method was proposed in which the inner conjugate contour segment was converged to a fixed-point.According to the conjugate geometry of the extreme contour,the extreme contour coefficient and the extreme volume utilization coefficient of the two types of rotors were calculated;a double-symmetry method was used to derive the construction equation for the contour segment to be obtained.The results show that the fixed-point conjugating contour has an extreme shape factor and volume utilization factor;by using the high-shaped construction method,the better lightweight effect can be further obtained and multiple sealing-points for relieving conjugate leakage in gas medium was formed;through the substitute arc inside pitch circle,the trapped-oil phenomenon in the liquid medium can be effectively eliminated,the contour is simpler and the processing is easier.
