    摘要:

    为研究加工残余应力对钛合金薄壁结构变形的影响,利用有限元软件建立2D切削模型,分析每齿进给量与刀具刃口半径对加工表面残余应力的影响。利用切削仿真得到的残余应力对薄壁件进行变形仿真分析;分别以每齿进给量0.06、0.08 mm进行闭腔侧铣试验。结果表明:与实测值相比,仿真表面残余应力误差约为20%、最大变形量误差约为12%。所提方法具有一定的可靠性与可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of machining residual stress on thin-walled structure deformation of titanium alloy, a 2D cutting model was established by using finite element software to analyze the influence of feed per tooth and tool edge radius on machining surface residual stress. The deformations simulation of thin-walled parts were carried out by using the residual stress obtained from cutting simulation; the closed cavity side wall milling tests were carried out with feed per tooth of 0.06 mm and 0.08 mm. The results show that compared with the measured value, the simulation surface residual stress error is about 20%, the maximum deformation error is about 12%.The proposed method has certain reliability and feasibility.
