    摘要:

    为满足无人值守工况下系统长待机、快速响应的工作需求,对其液压回路内设置的液控单向阀在长期待机工况下的可靠性提出了非常高的要求。为满足此要求,设计一个用于验证液控单向阀长待机状态下可靠性的液压系统,并搭建相应的试验数据采集系统。在短期保压、长期保压2种模式下对液控单向阀的保压性能、长待机后开启的可靠性进行试验验证,获得了液控单向阀的可靠性能力及长待机状态下的技术状态变化情况,为该阀后续开展可靠性提升改进提供了数据支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the work requirements of long-term pressure holding and rapid response of the system under unattended working conditions, the hydraulic control check valve used in the hydraulic circuit under long-term pressure holding conditions is needed to have higher reliability. Therefore, a hydraulic system was designed to verify the reliability of the hydraulic control check valve in the long-term pressure holding. The corresponding test data acquisition system was also built. In the short-term and long-term experimental conditions, the pressure holding performance and the open reliability after long standby of the hydraulic control check valve were tested. The reliability ability and technical status change under the long-term pressure holding state of the valve were obtained. It provided data supports for reliability promotion and improvement of the hydraulic check valve subsequently.
