    摘要:

    针对模糊规则层节点数量较多导致分数阶控制器控制精度和控制灵敏度较低的问题,设计基于改进模糊控制算法的分数阶控制器。采用区间二型模糊逻辑系统,利用该系统的降阶流程对集合实施解模糊化,计算适合的切换点,减少迭代次数。在此基础上,利用改进径向基函数模糊神经网络算法结构,将原有的3层前件网络增加至4层,并逐层修正它与后件网络的参数,提升权值作用,实现最优控制。结果表明:该控制器阶跃响应曲线平滑,控制温度稳定,与目标温度相差仅0.01 ℃;超调量仅为1.3%,超调量与调节时间均较小,控制能力强;鲁棒性、灵敏度、互补灵敏度、参数跟踪能力较高,时域响应能力较好,可实现所控目标有效控制。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of low control precision and sensitivity caused by the large number of nodes in fuzzy rule layer,a fractional order controller based on improved fuzzy control algorithm was designed.Adopting the interval type-2 fuzzy logic system,the reduced order process of the system was used to demystify the set and calculate the suitable switching point,so the iterations number was reduced.On this basis,by using the improved RBF fuzzy neural network algorithm structure,the original three-layer antecedent network was added to four-layer,and the parameters of the three-layer antecedent network and the consequent network were modified layer by layer,so the weight function was enhanced and the optimal control control was realized.The results show that by using the controller,the step response curve is smooth,the control temperature is stable, the difference with the target temperature is only 0.01 ℃;the overshoot is only 1.3%,the overshoot and the adjustment time are small,and the control ability is strong;its robustness,sensitivity,complementary sensitivity,parameter tracking ability are high, and the time-domain response ability is good, by which the effective control of the controlled target can be realized.
