    摘要:

    针对机床在运行过程中需要平稳少振的特点,以某型号的机床齿轮箱变速器为研究对象,分析齿轮箱变速器振动的成因及理论减振方法。利用MASTA软件建立齿轮箱变速器仿真模型,对其进行齿轮耦合模态分析和阶次跟踪分析,得到关注频率内的共振参数和动态啮合力、啮合柔度相位及大小的变化曲线,确定变速器的谐波啮合阶次和响应峰值频率。通过游隙控制分析,获得游隙对齿轮箱变速器振动特性的影响规律,得到不同轴承对响应峰值的作用规律和不同游隙下各谐波阶次对应响应峰值的变化规律。结果表明:优化后的响应峰值显著降低,齿轮传递误差减小,改善了齿轮箱变速器的振动特性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the characteristics that the machine tool need to be stable and less vibration in the process of operation,taking the gearbox of a certain type of machine tool as the research object,the causes of gearbox vibration and theoretical vibration reduction methods were analyzed.The simulation model of gearbox transmission was established by using MASTA software,the gear coupling modal analysis and order tracking analysis were carried out to obtain the change curves of resonance parameters,dynamic meshing force,meshing flexibility phase and size in the concerned frequency,and the harmonic meshing order and response peak frequency of the transmission were determined.Through the clearance control analysis,the influence of clearance on the vibration characteristics of gearbox transmission was obtained,and the contribution of different bearings to the response peak and the variation of the corresponding response peak of each harmonic order under different clearance were obtained.The results show that the optimized response peak is significantly reduced,the gear transmission error is reduced,and the vibration characteristics of the gearbox transmission is improved.
