    摘要:

    为提高农用机械偏载启动和负载突变行驶的同步精度,提出一种农用机械负载敏感分流同步驱动系统,该系统同时具有负载敏感系统和分流阀的优点。分析该系统的液压工作原理、压力补偿原理和分流原理,对系统进行建模与仿真,分析系统的同步性和鲁棒性。仿真结果表明:该系统具有响应速度快和同步精度高的优点,在偏载启动时,无论多路阀全开还是半开,液压马达均能在0.9 s内达到稳定转速,且稳定后同步误差小于2 r/min。该系统具有较好的鲁棒性,当负载发生突变时,系统能在0.7 s内达到稳定的目标转速。该系统能够适应农用机械偏载启动和负载突变的工况,满足现代农用机械在行驶过程中所要求的高直线行驶性、高准确性需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the synchronous accuracy of eccentric load starting and sudden load driving of agricultural machinery, a load-sensing shunt synchronous drive system for agricultural machinery was proposed.The system has the advantages of a load-sensing system and shunt valve simultaneously.The principles of hydraulic working,the pressure compensation,and the shunt of the system were analyzed.The system was modeled and simulated,and the synchronization and robustness of the system were analyzed.The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of fast response speed and high synchronization accuracy; at the eccentric load starting,whether the multi-way valve is complete or half open,the hydraulic motor can reach a stable speed within 0.9 s,and the synchronization error is less than 2 r/min after stability; when the load changes suddenly,the system can reach the stable target speed within 0.7 s and have good robustness.The system can adapt to the conditions of eccentric load start and sudden load change of agricultural machinery and meet the requirements of high straight-line driving and high accuracy of modern agricultural machinery in the driving process.
