    摘要:

    针对某稳定伺服平台试验出现的失稳现象,在简单介绍其工作原理基础上,重点分析失稳故障机制,根据伺服控制软件中断设置情况,对各中断服务程序依次进行功能解析,结合现场故障代码表述,发现UART0中断功能在试验状态下未按要求关闭;且存在中断优先级排序不合理的问题,由此将故障定位为软件可靠性设计缺陷。结合现有设备环境,利用禁用UART0中断服务程序且增加UART0中断服务程序错误触发后立即退出的设置方法,有效屏蔽外界干扰,提高设备可靠性。将前后两版伺服控制软件进行试验对比,验证了措施有效,通过对此软件设计缺陷在极端情况下引发的风险及解决措施的思考,对未来软件设计工作给出了一些启示。

    Abstract:

    In view of the instability phenomenon in a stable servo platform test, the instability failure mechanism was especially analyzed based on the working principle.According to the software interrupt settings of the servo controller,the functional analyses of each interrupt service program were performed in turn,and combined with on-site fault code expression,it was found that the interrupt function of UART0 was not turned off as required in the test state.And there was a problem that the priority of the interrupt was not reasonable,so the fault was located as a software reliability design defect.Combined with the existing equipment environment,the setting method of disabling UART0 interrupt service program and adding UART0 interrupt service program which could exit immediately once error triggered could effectively shield the external interference and improve the reliability of the equipment.By comparing with the two versions of the servo control software,the effectiveness of the measures was verified.By thinking about the risk caused by the software design defects in this extreme cases and its solution,some inspirations were given to the future software design work.
