    摘要:

    针对自升式风电安装船液压插销式升降系统的作业特点,设计一种二级液压同步控制系统。对二级液压同步控制系统进行数学建模分析,建立非线性数学模型。单桩腿采用速度跟踪-位移耦合同步控制策略、模糊PID控制算法;利用AMESim和Simulink软件进行联合仿真,分析液压系统在启动、偏载、比例方向阀掉电以及传感器受干扰情况下的同步性能。仿真结果表明:二级液压同步控制系统具有工作平稳、无超调、可靠性高、同步精度高等优点。该同步控制系统为自升式风电安装船桩腿升降的自动化及智能化提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the operating characteristics of the hydraulic lifting system of the jack-up wind turbine installation vessel with pin type, a two-stage hydraulic synchronous control system was designed. The mathematical modeling and analysis of the two-stage hydraulic synchronous control system were carried out, and the nonlinear mathematical model was established. The speed tracking-position coupling synchronization strategy and fuzzy PID algorithm were used for the single leg control; AMESim and Simulink were used for joint simulation, the synchronization performance under starting,eccentric load, proportional directional valve power failure and sensor interference was analyzed. The simulation results show that the two-stage hydraulic synchronous control system has the advantages of stable operation, no overshoot, high reliability, and high synchronization accuracy. The synchronous control system provides reference for the automation and intelligence of the jack-up wind turbine installation vessel’ s pile legs.
