Abstract:In order to improve the rated speed and power density of 1 mL/r miniature axial piston pump,the dynamic model and hydraulic model of the hydraulic pump were established by professional software ADAMS and AMESim respectively,and the virtual prototype liquid-solid coupling simulation model was obtained jointly.Based on the virtual prototype simulation model,the effects of different parameters matching,such as working speed,preload force of central spring and valve port overlap angle,on the output performance of hydraulic pump were analyzed.The simulation results show that for the 1 mL/r miniature axial piston pump,the spring pre-tightening force has a positive correlation with the speed,and the appropriate negative valve port overlap angle can decrease the steady-state pulsation and reduce the low speed performance of the pump.At the rated speed of 3 000 r/min,the performance is the best when the pre-tightening force is 1.1 times of the theoretical value,and the flow pulsation is the smallest when the negative valve port overlap angle is 0.5°.
