    摘要:

    飞机多电/全电化技术的发展使得机电作动系统广泛应用于飞控舵面作动系统中。通过分析主动/主动式双余度机电作动系统的架构和工作原理,考虑舵面空气负载以及连接刚度建立完整的系统数学模型。通过理论分析研究系统静态力纷争形成的主要因素,进行实例仿真验证并评估这些因素对静态力纷争的影响。在此基础上,提出采用调整位置偏差补偿静态力纷争、积分环节力均衡技术和比例积分环节力均衡技术,结果表明:双余度EMA中产生静态力纷争的主要因素为通道间的静态位置偏差以及连接刚度不一致,并且其影响可以叠加;与传统积分环节的力均衡技术相比,比例积分环节力均衡技术能更精准、快速、稳定地消除静态力纷争。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of more/all electric technology, the electro-mechanical actuation system is widely used in flight control surface actuation system. Considering the air load on the control surface and the connection stiffness, a complete mathematical model of the system was built by analyzing the architecture and working principle of the active/active parallel-redundant electro-mechanical actuator system. The main factors of static force fighting were studied by theoretical analysis, and the examples were simulated to verify and evaluate the influence of these factors on static force fighting. On this basis, the static force fighting of adjusting position deviation compensation, integral link force equilibrium technology and proportional integral link force equilibrium technology were proposed. The results show that: the main factors of static force fighting in parallel-redundant EMA are the static position deviation and the inconsistent connection stiffness in the channels, and their influence can be superimposed. The proportional-integral force equalization can eliminate the static force fighting more accurately, quickly and stably compared with traditional force equilibrium technology of the proportional integral link.
