Abstract:A three-stage pressure regulating cartridge relief valve was used to replace multiple servo proportional valves for leveling synchronization control, a switching type passive quad-angle leveling system was designed,which could greatly reduce the hardware cost of synchronization control.The system was applied to HET4000D composite automatic hydraulic press. The test results show that the synchronization error of the four cylinders is 0.25 mm at the compression speed of 20 mm/s, that is, the parallelism of the movable beam is 0.068 7 mm/m. The designed system can meet the industry standard requirement that the parallelism should be controlled within 0.1 mm/m.
