    采用三级压力调节插装式溢流阀取代多个伺服比例阀进行调平同步控制,设计一种开关型被动式四角调平系统,降低同步控制硬件成本。将此系统应用于HET4000D型号复合材料全自动液压机上,测试结果表明:活动梁在20 mm/s的加压速度下,四缸的同步误差为0.25 mm,即活动梁的平行度为0.068 7 mm/m,此设计系统可满足平行度需控制在0.1 mm/m内的行业标准要求。

    Abstract:

    A three-stage pressure regulating cartridge relief valve was used to replace multiple servo proportional valves for leveling synchronization control, a switching type passive quad-angle leveling system was designed,which could greatly reduce the hardware cost of synchronization control.The system was applied to HET4000D composite automatic hydraulic press. The test results show that the synchronization error of the four cylinders is 0.25 mm at the compression speed of 20 mm/s, that is, the parallelism of the movable beam is 0.068 7 mm/m. The designed system can meet the industry standard requirement that the parallelism should be controlled within 0.1 mm/m.
