    摘要:

    为保证大变形结构试验扣重的准确性,提出一种大变形结构强度试验扣重方法,设计一种滑轮组加载系统扣重装置,以实现试验状态及非试验期间结构重力的精准扣除。滑轮组由动滑轮和定滑轮组成,保证结构大变形下扣重装置始终保持水平状态,确保扣重载荷的力线方向;利用力控作动筒可有效克服滑轮组摩擦力的影响,确保大变形下扣重载荷施加的精准性。以某型飞机扰流板静强度试验为研究对象,采用所提的试验扣重方法完成试验。试验结果满足要求,验证了该扣重方法的可行性、有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the accuracy of weight deduction for large-deformation structure tests, a heavy-deformation structure strength test deduction technology was proposed, and a pulley block loading system deduction device was designed, which could realize the precise deduction of the structural weight during the test state and during the non-test period. The pulley block was composed of a movable pulley and a fixed pulley to ensure that the deduction device always remains horizontal under large structural deformations, ensuring the direction of the force line of the deduction load; the force control actuator effectively overcomes the influence of the friction force of the pulley block to ensure deduction under large deformation. Taking the static strength test of a certain type of aircraft spoiler as the research object, in the test, a brand-new test deduction method was used, and the test was successfully completed. The test results meet the test requirements and the feasibility and effectiveness of the buckle method is verified.
