Abstract:According to the operation characteristics of the traction elevator and the energy storage characteristics of the energy storage battery,the capacitance compensation method was introduced to realize the capacity recovery of the system,and a hydraulic energy saving system of the traction elevator based on the energy storage of the accumulator was designed.The system could achieve a good match between the energy storage process and the tractor load,the excess energy could be absorbed by capacitance and the energy loss was effectively reduced.The simulation results show that under light load uplink and heavy load uplink,the energy is presented as positive energy,and the energy is stored in the capacitor; under the heavy load up and light load down,the elevator shows negative energy,and the capacitive energy is released to provide the driving force for the elevator;the tractor forms a higher charge in the generation stage,and the capacitor begins to store more energy than the accumulator can store,thus forming a higher capacitor voltage;in the electromechanical stage of the traction,a smaller charge is formed,and energy is released from the capacitor,which provides a driving force for the system operation.In the energy flow stage,all components have energy loss.In the downward stage,the loss shows a low change with the increase of the load.The system has a high adaptability to the load.
