    摘要:

    为解决传统挖掘机能量利用率低、排放量大的问题,设计以超级电容为储能元件的电动挖掘机动臂能量回收系统。将挖掘机动臂下放时的势能最终以电能的形式储存到超级电容中,在挖掘机动臂上升时可以将该部分能量直接利用。建立超级电容数学模型,设置超级电容主要参数。同时充分利用ADAMS、AMESim与MATLAB的优势实现各个软件间的数据交互,使仿真结果更加直观、可靠。仿真结果表明:在满足传统挖掘机工作要求前提下,挖掘机动臂在一个工作周期内,能量消耗降低了20.72%,该系统具有较好的节能减排效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low energy utilization and large emissions of traditional excavators, an energy recovery system for electric excavator booms with supercapacitor as energy storage elements was designed. The potential energy when the excavating arm was lowered was finally stored in the supercapacitor in the form of electric energy, and it could be used directly when the excavating arm lifted. The mathematical model of the supercapacitor was establish and the main parameters of the supercapacitor were set. At the same time, the advantages of ADAMS, AMESim and MATLAB were used fully to realize data interaction between various software and make the simulation results more intuitive and reliable. The simulation results show that under the premise satisfying the traditional excavators requirements, energy consumption of the excavating boom is reduced by 20.72% within one working cycle. The system has good energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.
