    摘要:

    利用液压放大原理实现较好的输出性能,设计一种基于压电驱动的液压放大柔性盲文触点装置。说明盲文触点装置的结构及工作原理,并对液压放大单元进行理论分析及参数化设计。利用MATLAB仿真分析得出位移放大倍数与流体腔的直径和高度的关系,利用激光测微仪测量压电振子和柔性薄膜触点在不同驱动电压下的输出位移,试验与理论分析相吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。最后对装置进行测试,结果表明:当流体腔直径为20 mm、腔高为3 mm、充水量为0.9 mL、共振频率为317.5 Hz时,位移放大比为4.16,柔性薄膜触点位移为0.226 mm,可供盲人感知字符,验证了用压电驱动液压放大方式构造盲文柔性触点是可行的、有效的。

    Abstract:

    Because hydraulic amplification can be used to realize good output performance,a kind of flexible braille contact device based on piezoelectric drive was designed.The structure and working principle of the braille contact device were explained,and theoretical analysis and parametric design for the hydraulic amplification unit were presented.The relationship between the displacement amplification ratio and diameter and height of the fluid cavity was obtained by using MATLAB simulation analysis.The output displacement of the piezoelectric vibrator and the flexible film under different driving voltages was measured by using the laser micrometer,the experiment was consistent with the theoretical analysis and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified.Finally,the experimental device was tested.The results indicate that the displacement amplification ratio is 4.16 and the contact displacement formed by the flexible film is 0.226 mm when the fluid cavity diameter is 20 mm,the cavity height is 3 mm,the filling water is 0.9 mL and the resonance frequency is 317.5 Hz,which can be perceived by the blind.It prove that it is feasible and effective.
