    摘要:

    研究固结型多孔介质的阻力压降与阻力系数的相关性,以具有固结型多孔介质结构特点的铜网为多孔介质区域,建立水平管段内流动阻力模型;利用无量纲的π定理分析法推导出黏性阻力系数和惯性阻力系数与雷诺数和欧拉数具有系数相关性,归纳比较了公式法和拟合法用于计算多孔介质阻力系数的求解方法;设计一种用于测量具有不同结构特点的多孔介质材料阻力系数的实验装置,通过实验测量法和多孔跃迁模拟法研究流体阻力压降的特性。结果表明:铜网阻力压降随入口速度的增大而增大,入口速度较小时,阻力压降变化幅度较小,随入口速度逐渐增大,阻力压降变化幅度逐渐增大;相同速度条件下,铜网阻力压降随着目数的增加而增大;铜网内流体阻力压降实验值与利用多孔跃迁模型得到的模拟值吻合较好。多孔跃迁模型的可靠性验证为完善多孔介质区域的模拟方法具有实际价值,为详细描述多孔介质阻力特性具有参考意义。

    Abstract:

    To study the correlation between the resistance pressure drop of the consolidated porous medium and the resistance coefficient,taking the copper mesh with the structural characteristics of the consolidated porous medium as the porous media area,the flow resistance model in the horizontal pipe section was established,and the dimensionless π theorem analysis method was used to derive that the viscous resistance coefficient and the inertial resistance coefficient were related to the Reynolds number and Euler number.The solution methods based on formula method and the fitting method to calculate the porous media resistance coefficient were compared.An experimental device for measuring the resistance coefficient of porous media materials with different structural characteristics was designed.The fluid resistance pressure drop characteristics were studied through experimental measurement and porous transition simulation methods.The results show that:the resistance pressure drop of the copper mesh increases with the increase of the inlet speed;when the inlet speed is small,the resistance pressure drop changes less;with the gradual increase of the inlet speed,the resistance pressure drop changes gradually;under the same speed conditions,the resistance pressure drop of the copper mesh increases with the increase of the mesh;the experimental value of fluid resistance pressure drop in the copper mesh is in good agreement with the simulated value obtained by using the porous jump model.The reliability verification of the porous jump model has practical application value for perfecting the simulation method of studying the porous medium region,and has reference significance for the detailed description of the resistance characteristics of the porous medium.
