    摘要:

    为获取并分析轧机齿轮箱工作时的机械振动信号,以进一步研究并判断齿轮箱健康状况,从实际出发,设计一套适合轧机齿轮箱机械振动检测的装置。对轧机齿轮箱运行过程中产生的振动信号进行采集,利用振动信号分析技术分析齿轮箱运行状态。分析典型的高线轧机齿轮箱失效的振动特征以及特征频率计算;分析并设计轧机齿轮箱振动检测系统,包括监测系统总体连接、振动测试点的分布、传感器的选择等;通过实验测试该监测系统的功能。结果表明:该系统能够达到检测齿轮箱运行状态的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain and analyze the mechanical vibration signal of the rolling mill gearbox when working,and to further study and judge the health status of the gearbox,a device suitable for the mechanical vibration detection of the rolling mill gearbox was designed from the reality.The vibration signals generated during the operation of the rolling mill gearbox were collected,and the running state of the gearbox was analyzed by using the vibration signal analysis technology.The vibration characteristics and characteristic frequency calculation of typical high-speed wire mill gearbox failure were analyzed; the rolling mill gearbox vibration detection system was analyze dand designed,including the overall connection of the monitoring system,the distribution of vibration test points,the selection of sensors and so on; the function of the monitoring system was tested through experiments.The results show that the system can meet the requirements of detecting the running state of the gearbox.
