    摘要:

    通过对铁合金电炉传统生产工艺及加料方式的研究,为解决传统加料过程中存在的安全隐患、劳动强度大、生产效率低、烟气粉尘外溢、环境污染严重等问题,采用SolidWorks三维软件设计一种可用可编程控制器控制的液压驱动全自动加料装置。该装置可远程操作,解决人工加料干预产生的职业健康危害与安全隐患;采用定旋转角、变倾角角速度的方式加料,布料范围基本能够覆盖电极周围冶炼区域,在两电极之间加料效果较好;采用液压缸、连杆、回转支撑来实现加料溜槽回转俯仰,使得加料更加高效、均匀,大大提高了布料的自动化程度。

    Abstract:

    Through researching the traditional production process and feeding mode of ferroalloy electric furnace,to solve the problems of safety hidden danger,high labor intensity,low production efficiency,flue gas and dust overflow and serious environmental pollution in the traditional feeding process,SolidWorks 3D software was used to design a hydraulically driven automatic feeding device controlled by a programmable controller.The device is remotely operated and occupational health hazards and potential safety hazards caused by manual cloth intervention can be solved.The method of constant rotation angle,variable inclination angle and angular velocity was adopted for distribution.The distribution scope can basically cover the smelting area around the electrode,and the distribution between the two electrodes has better effect.The hydraulic cylinder,connecting rod and slewing support are used to realize the slewing and pitching of the feeding chute,which makes the feeding more efficient and uniform,and the feeding automation level is greatly improved.
