    摘要:

    针对飞机自动防滑刹车系统易受污染导致刹车故障的问题,通过对现有防污染措施的分析,发现刹车系统在防反冲控制方面存在薄弱环节。分析各种型式滤材,选取锥形金属网作为防反冲油滤滤材。制造实验样件,进行常温、低温、含气的实验分析和寿命摸底实验。实验结果表明:低温和含气对正反向压力冲击和建压卸压时间有显著影响,该型滤材在寿命摸底实验后功能正常,性能仅轻微下降。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of the aircraft’〖KG-*2〗s automatic anti-skid brake system polluted easily and leading to the brake failure, through the analysis of existing anti-pollution measure, it was found the brake system had weaknesses in anti-recoil control. Various types of filter material were analyzed, conical metal mesh was chosen as the anti-recoil oil filter material. The prototype was manufactured, and the experiments of normal temperature, low temperature, high temperature, and gas-containing state and life test were conducted. The results show that low temperature and gas-containing state have a significant impact on the forward and reverse pressure shock and the pressure build-up and release time. The function of filter material is normal after the life test, and its performance is slightly degraded.
