Abstract:When the centrifuge completes heterogeneous separation and filtration under high-speed rotation,the problems of vibration and noise are very prominent.In addition to affecting the service performance and service life of the machine itself,it will also cause harm to human health and environment.LW380D parallel flow horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge for distiller’s grains liquid dehydration and separation was selected as the research object.Through the test and analysis technologies such as spectrum analysis,sound intensity measurement and analysis,experimental modal analysis,the vibration and noise of the centrifuge were analyzed and diagnosed,the causes of vibration and noise were found,and the corresponding effective vibration and noise reduction control measures were taken,The noise power level of the unit is reduced from 104.9 dB(A) to 98.7 dB(A);the sound pressure level decreases from 910 dB(A) to 84.4 dB(A);the vibration intensity is reduced from 11.2 to below 4.5,which meet the allowable noise and vibration standard requirements,so the product quality and reliability are improved.It provides guidance for vibration and noise reduction and structural optimization design of centrifuge.
