    摘要:

    以四叶搅拌喷吹复合脱硫搅拌器为研究对象,通过调整搅拌转速、插入深度和喷嘴通气流量等工艺参数,优化搅拌流场速度。基于响应面法进行试验方案设计,获得了对流场速度具有显著影响的因素,并采用正交试验交互作用因素验证了响应面模型的正确性。试验模拟结果表明:脱硫搅拌器搅拌流场最优的工艺参数为搅拌转速170 r/min、插入深度400 mm、喷嘴通气流量4.408 m3/h,此时模型预测流场速度值为0.536 m/s;插入深度较搅拌转速和喷嘴通气流量对搅拌流场速度有更显著影响。

    Abstract:

    With the four-blade mixing and jet blowing composite desulfurization mixer as the research object,the mixing flow field speed was optimized by adjusting the process parameters such as mixing speed,insertion depth and nozzle ventilation flow.The test scheme was designed based on the response surface method,significantly affects the flow field velocity and verifies the response surface model using orthogonal test interaction factors.The test simulation results show that the optimal process parameters of the mixing flow field of the desulfurization agitrer is:the mixing speed 170 r/min,insertion depth 400 mm,nozzle ventilation flow of 4.408 m3/h.At this time,the flow field speed value predicted by the model is 0.536 m/s;the insertion depth has a more significant impact on the mixing flow field speed than the mixing speed and the nozzle ventilation flow.
