    以海洋平台锚泊系统为研究对象,设计张力释放绞车的机械机构与液压系统,计算张力释放绞车关键零部件参数并选型。推导基于储缆绞车减张力释放装置液压马达转角、力矩传递函数,以及锚泊系统多台绞车协调位移-力特性,采用微分先行PID控制策略结合MATLAB仿真,分析储缆绞车对减张力释放装置液压马达转角、力矩控制的影响,多台绞车的位移-力的输出特性。仿真结果表明:储缆绞车对张力释放装置的阶跃信号转角控制、正弦信号力矩控制影响较小,但张力释放装置则极大地减少了外力对储缆绞车的冲击。不同的阶段各系泊绞车主次切换,可实现对船舶或者潜器位置控制。

    Abstract:

    Anchoring system of offshore platform was taken as research object, mechanical and hydraulic systems of tension release winch were designed, the parameters of the main parts of winch were calculated and selected. Considering effects of cable storage winch, hydraulic motor rotation angle transfer function and torque transfer function of tension release winch were deduced,as well as the displacement and force characteristics of multiple winches in anchoring system. Using differential forward PID and MATLAB simulation, the influences of the cable storage winch on the hydraulic motor angle, torque control of the tension release device were analyzed,as well as the force and displacement output characteristic of multiple winches. The simulation results show that the storage winch only has a small impact on the step signal angle control and sine signal torque control of the tension release device, but the tension release device greatly reduces the impact of external forces on the storage winch.Master-slave switch of mooring winches at different stages can achieve position control of ships or submersibles.
