    摘要:

    为了满足AUG低能耗、长续航和高控制精度的要求,其浮力调节系统一般由柱塞泵驱动。针对该设计需求设计一款采用联合配流方式的新型微型轴向柱塞泵,其排量0.03 mL/r,额定工作压力25 MPa。利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型。仿真结果表明:所设计的AUG浮力调节系统用微型轴向柱塞泵在额定工作条件下容积效率可达到96%,且质量仅为100.2 g,具有较好的工程应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the requirements of low energy consumption,long endurance and high control accuracy of AUG,its buoyancy regulation system is generally driven by plunger pump.According to the design requirements,a new micro axial piston pump with combined flow distribution was designed,with a displacement of 0.03 mL/r and a rated working pressure of 25 MPa.The simulation model was established by AMESim software.The simulation results show that the volumetric efficiency of the designed micro axial piston pump for AUG buoyancy regulation system can reach 96% under rated working conditions,and the mass is only 100.2 g,which has a good engineering application prospect.
