    摘要:

    分析潜孔钻机工作过程及卡钻原理可知,钻机防卡钻系统是工作中关键的一种控制技术,卡钻不仅影响工作效率,而且对钻机也有所损害。通过卡钻分析建立AMESim卡钻系统动态仿真模型,获取卡钻过程中压力特性曲线,分析实际卡钻过程下的压力特性曲线。结果表明:控制系统在工作中达到正常回转压力最大值时,防卡钻控制系统自动启动,控制电磁阀换向达到提升钻杆防卡钻的目的,验证了防卡钻控制系统的可行性与操作性。

    Abstract:

    According to the analysis of the working process and stucking principle of down the hole drill, the anti-stucking system of the drill is a key control technology in the work.The stucking not only affects the working efficiency,but also damages the drill. Through stucking analysis,the AMESim dynamic simulation model of stucking system was established,the pressure characteristic curves in the stucking process were obtained,the pressure characteristic curves in the actual stucking process were analyzed.The results show that when the control system reaches the maximum normal rotary pressure in the working process, the anti-stucking control system starts automatically, and the solenoid valve changes direction,the drill rod is lifted to achieve the purpose of anti-stucking,which verifies the feasibility and operability of the anti-stucking control system.
