    摘要:

    搅拌摩擦焊技术目前已成功跨出试验研究阶段,发展成为可以替代熔焊技术的工业化实用固相连接技术,广泛应用于高铁、航空航天及管道焊接加工中,展示出显著的技术优势和经济效益。设计一种采用伺服电动缸驱动的回抽式搅拌摩擦焊主轴结构,能够在匹配搅拌摩擦焊加工工艺的前提下,经过简单改造将设备转变成数控加工中心主轴,大幅扩展了设备的应用范围,转变灵活,节约了大量的设备采购成本。

    Abstract:

    Friction stir welding technology has been successfully crossed the experimental research stage.It is the practical technology of connection industrialization to replace welding technology,which is widely used in high-speed rail,aerospace and pipe welding processing and reveals a significant technical advantage and economic benefits.A kind of suction type friction stir main spindle structure was designed driven by servo electric cylinder,in the premise of matching welding processing technology, it could turn to CNC machining center spindle after a simple transformation.The structure greatly expands the application scope of equipment by flexible change and a large number of equipment procurement costs are saved.
