    摘要:

    为避免液压柱塞式底盖机顶紧器碟簧长期在交变载荷作用下发生纵向振动和结构损坏,结合工程实际,以顶紧器碟簧组为研究对象,利用物理试验及振动力学理论,得到碟簧不同组合型式的载荷-位移特性曲线、动静刚度比,从而确定合适的碟簧组合型式;之后进行谐响应分析,得到响应频率-振幅曲线。结果表明:摩擦阻尼是促使碟簧载荷位移特性曲线形成滞回区的主要因素,在载荷比较小时曲线接近线性,随着载荷的加大,曲线会呈现非线性特性;顶紧器动静刚度比随着碟簧对合组数的增加而下降;外界激励频率为2 100 Hz时共振振幅、von Mises应力最大,且碟簧位置III为共振的危险点。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid the longitudinal vibration and structural damage of the disc spring of the hydraulic plunger bottom cover tightener under the action of alternating load for a long time,combined with the actual project,taking the disc spring in hydraulic device as the research object,using the physical test and vibration mechanics theory,the load-displacement curves and dynamic and static stiffness ratios of different combination types of disc spring were obtained,so as to determine the appropriate combination type of disc spring.Then the harmonic response analysis was carried out to obtain the response frequency-amplitude curves.The results show that friction damping is the main factor that causes the load displacement characteristic curves of disc spring to form a hysteretic region;the curve is nearly linear when the load comparison is small,and presents nonlinear characteristics with the increase of load;the ratio of dynamic and static stiffness of the tightener decreases with the increase of the number of disc spring pairs;the resonance amplitude and von Mises stress are the largest when the external excitation frequency is 2 100 Hz,and the position III of disc spring is the dangerous point of resonance.
