    摘要:

    为了解决在超级电容串联模组产品检测过程中参数识别少、检测效率低的问题,研制超级电容串联模组自动检测台。通过SolidWorks软件,完成自动检测台整体的机械设计;通过CX-programmer平台,完成PLC自动控制系统编写,实现对电容模组分压、压差、总压和内阻参数的检测和不合格品筛选以及自动放电的功能;最后对自动检测台进行了实际运行试验。结果表明:该检测台可以有效完成电容模组参数的检测,同时可实现不合格品筛选和自动放电的功能,具有自动化程度高、使用方便、效率高等特点。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem of less parameter identification and low detection efficiency in the product testing process of supercapacitor series modules,an automatic testing platform for supercapacitor series modules was developed.Through the SolidWorks software,the overall mechanical design of the automatic testing platform was completed; through the CX-programmer platform,the PLC automatic control system was completed,by which the detection of the voltage division,differential voltage,total voltage,internal resistance,the function of unqualified product screening and automatic power release were realized.Finally,the actual operation test of the automatic detection platform was carried out.The test results show that the test bench can effectively complete the detection of capacitor module parameters and realize the functions of screening unqualified products and automatic power release.It has the characteristics of high degree of automation,convenient use and high efficiency.
