    摘要:

    针对U912002-2型12针网络变压器绕线过程进行研究,设计一种基于PLC的全自动网络变压器绕线平台。依据绕线流程,确定绕线平台总体功能及结构方案,完成了PLC、伺服电机、伺服驱动器等各功能部件及控制系统硬件选型和搭建,采用XDPPro软件编写控制程序,完成人机交互界面设计,解决了绕线头的动作次序及协调性问题。相比企业原有人工绕线方式,该平台的绕线效率提高了3~4倍,达到了120~130个/h,产品合格率在96%以上。

    Abstract:

    The winding process of U912002-2 12 pin network transformer was studied, and a fully automatic network transformer winding platform based on PLC was designed.According to the winding process, the overall function and structure scheme of the winding platform were determined.The selection and construction of PLC, servo motor, servo driver and other functional components and control system hardware were completed.Finally, the control program was written with XDPPro software to complete the human-computer interaction interface design, the action sequence and coordination problems of the winding head were solved.Compared with the original manual winding mode of the enterprise, the winding efficiency of the platform is improved by 3 times to 4 times, reaching 120 pieces/h to 130 pieces/h, and the product qualification rate is more than 96%.
