    摘要:

    负压力角弧齿离合器因承载能力强、啮合性能好、传动可靠性高等优势,被广泛应用于重型卡车驱动桥主减速器总成中。对负压力角弧齿离合器加工用的专用铣齿机的关键部件设计技术进行研究,构建铣齿加工数学模型,根据加工特点开展刀具箱、工件箱的结构功能分析,基于仿真软件建立等效机床模型,编制加工程序完成凸面齿与凹面齿的加工仿真与分析,验证了铣齿机设计方案的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Negative pressure angle spiral clutch is widely used in the drive axle main reducer assembly of heavy trucks because of its advantages of strong bearing capacity, good meshing performance and high transmission reliability. The design technology of the key components of the special gear milling machine for machining negative pressure angle spiral clutch was studied, and the mathematical model of gear milling was established. According to the machining characteristics, the structure and function of the cutting tool box and workpiece box were analyzed, and the equivalent machine tool model was established based on simulation software. The machining program was compiled and the simulation and analysis of convex and concave teeth were completed.It verifies the correctness of the design scheme of gear milling machine.
