    摘要:

    针对带压力补偿功能的比例控制回路中传统单级补偿阀弹簧可调性差引发流量控制方式单一的问题,研究一种基于变压差压力补偿原理的比例控制手段。以一种带新型变压差压力补偿单元的马达控制回路为研究对象,针对控制回路进行仿真,获取仿真环境下比例控制阀流量及压力的变化规律,揭示负载发生变化时,带变压差压力补偿单元的比例阀控制回路系统的抗干扰特性和调速机制。最后比对实验结果并对仿真模型的正确性进行验证。结果表明:研究的变压差压力补偿回路相比传统单级压力补偿回路性能更优,可通过调节压力补偿阀先导元件的设定值使比例控制回路拥有更大的流量调节范围。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of single flow control method caused by poor spring adjustability of traditional single-stage compensation valve in the proportional control circuit with pressure compensation function,a proportional control method based on the principle of variable pressure differential pressure compensation was proposed.A motor control loop with a new variable pressure differential pressure compensation unit was the research object.The control loop was simulated to obtain valve flow and pressure change law in the simulation environment,and its anti-interference characteristics and speed regulation mechanism with variable pressure compensation unit were revealed when the load changes.The simulation models correctness was verified by comparing with the experimental results.The research shows that the proposed variable pressure compensation circuit has better performance than the traditional single-stage compensation.The proportional control circuit can get a larger flow range through adjusting pressure compensation valves pilot setting.
