    摘要:

    针对目前工业生产所面临的多样且复杂的需求,参考现有柱塞式计量泵传动装置中的调节机构,设计一款适合隔膜泵使用的N型轴调节机构。明确隔膜泵工作中各项重要参数以及相关因素,了解与动力端调节机构的关系;通过隔膜泵各参数计算出曲柄长度,建立N型轴力学模型,进行受力分析,计算曲柄在受到弯曲与扭转组合作用下的截面应力,反推出N型轴最佳偏心角α,再根据此选择其他尺寸;最后,根据已知尺寸设计出初步方案,采用有限元软件二次开发的方法,将结构尺寸进一步优化完善,选取合适材料,得到最终方案。计算结果表明新型N型轴调节机构在寿命、安全系数上得到了极大的提高,且机构更紧凑,整体振动更小,使得隔膜泵流量具有更高的稳定性和精确性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the diverse and complex requirements faced in current industrial production,an N-type axis regulating mechanism suitable for diaphragm pump was designed by referring to the regulating mechanism in the transmission device of the existing plunger metering pump.The important parameters and correlative factors in the diaphragm pump operation were cleared,the relationship with the regulating mechanism in the power end was understood.The crank length was calculated through the parameters of the diaphragm pump,the mechanical model of the N-type axis was established,the stress was analyzed,the section stress of the crank under the combined action of bending and torsion was calculated,the optimal eccentric angle of the N-type axis was deduced,then other sizes were selected according to this.Finally,the preliminary scheme was designed according to the known size,and the structural size was further optimized by using the secondary development method of finite element software.The appropriate material was selected to obtain the final scheme.The calculation results show that the new N-type axis regulating mechanism service life and safety factor have been greatly improved,and the mechanism is more compact and the overall vibration is less,which makes the flow of diaphragm pump more stable and accurate.
