    摘要:

    针对飞机液压基础实验台采用人工控制操作复杂、测试时间长、测试流程易出错等问题,开发一套基于LabVIEW的飞机液压基础试验台测试系统。此系统采用计算机控制,调用D/A板卡与继电器板卡的DLL文件,完成飞机液压基础实验台的测试控制,采用485通信方式采集传感器数据;通过ODBC接口连接MySQL数据库,进而对实验数据进行存储;采用图像化编程实现数据的直观显示。此测试系统能够完成飞机液压泵及飞机液压相关附件的性能测试,具有较高的可靠性及实用性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the manual control problems of complex operation,long test time and prone to error in the test process of aircraft hydraulic foundation test-bed,a set of aircraft hydraulic foundation test-bed test system based on LabVIEW was developed.The system was controlled by computer and the DLL of D/A board and relay board was called to complete the test control of aircraft hydraulic foundation test-bed.The sensor data were collected by 485 communication.MySQL database was connected through ODBC interface,and then experimental data were stored.Visual display of data was realized by image programming.The test system can complete the performance test of aircraft hydraulic pump and aircraft hydraulic related accessories,and has high reliability and practicability.
