    摘要:

    针对航空柱塞泵关键摩擦副存在的摩擦磨损严重、泄漏量大等关键问题,引入压力流和剪切流影响因子,修正间隙流动的雷诺控制方程,然后采用有限元方法,考虑柱塞副弹性变形的影响,对柱塞副的润滑及泄漏特性进行分析。结果表明:考虑衬套弹性变形条件下的最大油膜压力小于刚性衬套条件下的,且油膜压力在靠近柱塞两端的位置时略微大于未考虑弹性变形的情况下的;刚性衬套的最小油膜厚度小于弹性衬套的,考虑弹性变形的油膜厚度沿轴向呈两端急速增大、中间较为平坦的“开口簸箕形”,而刚性衬套沿轴向的油膜厚度呈一条直线,且沿周向方向的衬套最大变形量约为沿轴向的2倍;当压差和柱塞的偏心率增大时,单个柱塞副的泄漏比大部分呈近似线性增大的趋势,当单边间隙增加到3 μm以上时,泄漏比显著增大。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the crucial issues of serious friction and wear and large leakage in the key friction pair of the aviation plunger pump,the influence factors of pressure flow and shear flow were introduced to correct the Reynolds governing equation of the clearance flow,and then the finite element method was used,considering the elasticity deformation of the plunger pair,the lubrication and leakage characteristics of the plunger pair were analyzed.The results show that:the maximum oil film pressure considering the elastic deformation of the bushing is smaller than that of the rigid bushing,and the oil film pressure which position is close to the both ends of plunger in axial direction are slightly larger than that without considering elastic deformation;the minimum oil film thickness of rigid bushings is smaller than that of elastic bushings.Considering the elastic deformation,the thickness of the oil film increases rapidly at both ends in the axial direction,and the relatively flat in the middle is “opening dustpan-shaped”,while the oil film thickness of the rigid bushing in the axial direction is a straight line,and the largest bushing deformation in the circumferential direction is about 2 times than that in the axial direction.When the pressure difference and the eccentricity of the plunger increase,the leakage ratio of a single plunger pair tends to increase approximately linearly,when the unilateral clearance increases above 3 μm,the leakage ratio increases significantly.
