Abstract:In order to improve the strength and stiffness of the machine tool and make it have good dynamic and static characteristics,mechanical models of folded leaf and leaf veins were established based on the characteristics of folded leaf stable structure and vein distribution structure.Taking the bed components of five-axis CNC machine tools as the research object,the digital bionic design of bed components based on full leaf structure was carried out in SolidWorks environment,and the dynamic and static characteristics of the bed components were analyzed by Workbench.The results show that compared with the original bed,the specific stiffness efficiency of the bionic design bed is increased by 14.39%,the equivalent stress is reduced by 15.7%,and the mass is reduced by 2.17%.The dynamic and static performance of the machine bed is improved,the bionic lightweight design is realized.
