    摘要:

    为了提高机床的强度与刚度,使它具有良好的动静态特性。基于叶片褶皱稳定结构及叶脉分布结构的特点,建立叶片褶皱及叶脉的力学模型。以五轴数控机床的床身构件为研究对象,在SolidWorks环境下对床身构件进行全叶片的数字化仿生设计,通过Workbench对床身构件进行动静态特性分析。研究结果表明:仿生设计床身与原床身相比,比刚度效能提高14.39%,等效应力降低15.7%,质量减少2.17%,改善了床身动静态性能,实现了机床结构的仿生轻量化设计。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the strength and stiffness of the machine tool and make it have good dynamic and static characteristics,mechanical models of folded leaf and leaf veins were established based on the characteristics of folded leaf stable structure and vein distribution structure.Taking the bed components of five-axis CNC machine tools as the research object,the digital bionic design of bed components based on full leaf structure was carried out in SolidWorks environment,and the dynamic and static characteristics of the bed components were analyzed by Workbench.The results show that compared with the original bed,the specific stiffness efficiency of the bionic design bed is increased by 14.39%,the equivalent stress is reduced by 15.7%,and the mass is reduced by 2.17%.The dynamic and static performance of the machine bed is improved,the bionic lightweight design is realized.
