Abstract:Electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control is widely used in the transverse feed of spinning machines.The retreat amount parameter of transverse feed has a direct impact on the quality of spinning products,which is the most concerned issue for craftsmen.Based on the principle of automatic control,the mathematical model of the valve-controlled asymmetric servo cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system was established,and the Simulink module of MATLAB software was used as a tool to simulate the mathematical model.Taking the transverse feed electro-hydraulic servo system of a three-wheel spinning machine as the research object,the retreat amount index of the ramp signal at different speeds and different loads was analyzed,and the process test was carried out at the same time,the results of the process test retreat amount were compared with the simulation results,the correctness of the simulation was verified.The relationship between the steady-state error of the spinning machine electro-hydraulic servo system ramp response and the feed speed and the relationship between the steady-state error of the step response and the load change were obtained.
