    摘要:

    为了实现液压阀类的全自动检验工作,设计一种多工位液压阀自动检测系统,通过对换向阀、减压阀、单向锁、安全阀和回液断路阀等功能液压元件的集成组合,结合现代液压控制技术的特点,设计出一套可自由切换高/低液压源的液压检验系统,该液压系统实现了全自动多工位同时在线检测,且相互独立互不干涉。目前已经实施并已投入使用,该系统实现了稳定可靠的全自动液压检验。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the automatic inspection work of hydraulic valves,an automatic inspection system of multi-station hydraulic valve was designed.It combined the characteristics of modern hydraulic control technology with the integrated combination of hydraulic components such as reversing valve,pressure reducing valve,single lock,safety valve and return liquid breaker,a set of hydraulic inspection system of high/low hydraulic pressure source which could be switched freely was designed.The hydraulic system realized automatic multi-station simultaneous on-line inspection,and was independent to each other.At present,it has been applied,and the system realizes stable and reliable automatic hydraulic inspection.
