    摘要:

    为精确计算外啮合斜齿齿轮泵的径向力大小和方向以及轴向力大小,以某型燃油泵为研究对象,采用PumpLinx软件仿真得到外啮合斜齿齿轮泵工作过程中主、从动齿轮所受液压力矩的精确值,进而计算齿轮所受啮合力和液压力,获得不同工况下合力大小和方向,最后通过数据拟合给出主、从动齿轮的径向力以及主动齿轮的轴向力关于泵进出口压差、齿宽和齿顶圆直径的经验公式。在变工况下进行了对比分析,结果表明:仿真计算结果与经验公式计算结果吻合。研究结果为某型燃油泵轴承的设计与校核提供了参考,也为系列泵齿轮的受力分析提供了一种近似计算方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately calculate the value and direction of the radial force and the axial force value of the external helical gear pump,a certain type of fuel pump was taken as the research object,and the PumpLinx software was used to simulate the precise value of the hydraulic torque on the driving and driven gears during the working process of the external helical gear pump,then the meshing force and hydraulic pressure on the gear were calculated,and the value and direction of the resultant force under different working conditions were obtained.The empirical formula of the radial force of driven gear and the axial force of driving gear on the pump inlet and outlet pressure difference,tooth width and tooth tip circle diameter were given by data fitting.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with those of the empirical formula.The research results provide a reference for the design and verification of a certain type of fuel pump bearing,and also provide an approximate calculation method for the force analysis of a series of pump gears.
