    摘要:

    针对阀控非对称缸位置控制系统,通过理论公式搭建非对称液压缸的数学模型,采用前馈PID控制方法实现其位置控制并进行仿真和实验验证。利用传递函数推导出基于轴控阀的阀控非对称缸位置控制系统数学模型;根据所推导的数学模型采用前馈PID控制算法,利用AMESim搭建了非对称液压缸位置控制系统仿真模型;通过对阀控非对称液压缸位置控制系统进行实验,验证了搭建的轴控阀阀芯位置控制系统与非对称液压缸位置控制系统的正确性和有效性,实现了轴控阀阀芯精确位置控制与对外负载的控制。

    Abstract:

    For the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder position control system,a mathematical model of the asymmetric hydraulic cylinder was constructed through theoretical formulas,and its position control was achieved using feedforward PID control method.Simulation and experimental verification were conducted.The mathematical model of a valve controlled asymmetric cylinder position control system was conducted,based on axial control valves using transfer functions.Based on the derived mathematical model,a feedforward PID control algorithm was used to construct a simulation model,and the asymmetric hydraulic cylinder position control system was conducted using AMESim software.The correctness and effectiveness of the constructed axial control valve spool position control system and the asymmetric hydraulic cylinder position control system were verified,by conducting experiments on the valve controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder position control system.The precise position control and external load control are achieved based on the axial control valve spool.
