    摘要:

    针对飞机常见V形结构复合材料双面埋头铆钉压铆问题,提出一种变厚度非均匀万向压铆系统。首先进行飞机V形结构复合材料装配建模分析与双面埋头钛铆钉斜面铆接技术分析。在此基础上进行变厚度非均匀万向压铆系统设计,并采用ANSYS软件进行仿真,最后设计相关试验进行验证。V形试板压铆试验结果表明,采用该系统后压铆前后经无损检测均未产生复合材料分层的情况。在飞机产品应用中压铆合格率能够达到90%以上,压铆成型质量稳定,产品表面质量高,操作简单便捷。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the pressure riveting problem of double-sided countersunk rivets of V-shaped structural composite materials common in aircraft,a variable thickness non-uniform universal pressure riveting system was proposed.The composite material assembly modeling of aircraft V-shaped structure was introduced,and the bevel riveting technology of double-sided countersunk titanium rivets was analyzed.On this basis,the variable thickness non-uniform universal pressure riveting system was designed,and the finite element simulation was carried out by using ANSYS software.Finally,relevant experiments were designed to verify.The results of the V-shaped test plate pressure riveting test show that no composite material delamination occurs after the system is used before and after pressure riveting.In the application of aircraft products,the pass rate of pressure riveting can reach more than 90%,the quality of pressure riveting is stable,the product surface quality is high,the operation is simple and convenient.
