    摘要:

    针对大功率风电增速箱轴承试验平台的驱动需求,开发一种基于Profinet协议连接并由TIA博图自动化软件编程的通信系统,来控制试验主轴动作。该系统通过以太网电缆配合Profinet通信端口连接设备,以西门子102报文的形式进行数据交换,采用FBD编程语言设计通信程序。详述系统设计选型、接线方式、参数设置及软件组态的全过程。通过系统运行验证其功能性,通过分析记录数据证明该系统通信良好、运行稳定,满足了系统方案的设计要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the drive requirements of high-power wind power gearbox bearing test platform,a communication system based on Profinet protocol connection and TIA Botu automation software was developed to control the movement of the test spindle.In the system,the equipments were connected through Ethernet cable and Profinet communication port,the data were exchanged in the form of Siemens 102 message,and FBD programming language was used to design communication program.The whole process of system design selection,wiring method,parameter setting and software configuration was described in detail.The functionality of the system was verified through the system operation.It is proved by analyzing and recording data that the system has good communication and stable operation,meeting the design requirements of the system scheme.
