Abstract:Aiming at the drive requirements of high-power wind power gearbox bearing test platform,a communication system based on Profinet protocol connection and TIA Botu automation software was developed to control the movement of the test spindle.In the system,the equipments were connected through Ethernet cable and Profinet communication port,the data were exchanged in the form of Siemens 102 message,and FBD programming language was used to design communication program.The whole process of system design selection,wiring method,parameter setting and software configuration was described in detail.The functionality of the system was verified through the system operation.It is proved by analyzing and recording data that the system has good communication and stable operation,meeting the design requirements of the system scheme.
