Abstract:Aiming at the traditional manual assembly labor intensity large, high operation risk, low reliability and other status quo, combined with the actual process, the automation architecture of human-computer interaction was proposed. The corresponding process flow and control system were designed. Through the overall plan design, the difficulties of this device were that the container positioning requirements were high, the sleeve and bolt needed to be accurately combined. In terms of hardware, the current mainstream PLC and MCGS touch screen technology were combined to control and drive the system to ensure its stability and extend the expand ability. In terms of software, the PLC was programmed in the TIA PortalV15.1, the motor motion configuration was performed, the human-computer interaction interface was designed in the MCGS configuration environment. The test shows that the system operating is simple, safe and reliable, which can achieve stable disassembly of special containers, which not only improves work efficiency, but also liberates labor.
