Abstract:In order to meet the working requirements of kitchen waste treatment equipment, the structure optimization and control system design of the trash can hoist in the kitchen waste treatment equipment were made, and a trash can hoist based on Mitsubishi controller was designed. The structure of the hoist was designed, modeled and improved by SolidWorks software; the force analysis of the hoist and the selection calculation of the hydraulic cylinder were carried out; the static analysis of the hydraulic cylinder was carried out by the ANSYS Workbench software. The electrical and hydraulic control system of the hoist was designed.Finally, the comparison experiment of the hoist before and after improvement was carried out. The research results show that after calculation and safety check, the improved hoist is integrated with the kitchen waste treatment equipment on a controller for control, and the work is stable and reliable;the average time of single-person operation is reduced by about 9 s compared with before improvement, which greatly improves the work efficiency of kitchen waste treatment equipment.
