    摘要:

    针对大型钢结构件振动时效处理时激振装置适应性不足的问题,对当前惯性激振装置进行分析,设计一种多维振动时效激振器。运用TRIZ理论系统功能分析和因果轴分析,确定惯性激振装置适应性不足的原因,采用技术矛盾解决原理、物理矛盾解决原理、物-场模型法得到惯性激振装置适应性不足问题的解决方案,完成多维振动时效激振器结构设计,并对关键部件主支架进行了模态分析,验证了多维振动时效激振器设计的可行性。结果表明:该多维振动时效激振器具有适应性强、激振频率高、多维振动等优点,提高了振动时效处理工作效率和自动化程度,满足多维振动时效处理实际工作需要。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of insufficient adaptability of the vibration excitation device during the vibration aging treatment of large steel structures,the current inertial vibration excitation device was analyzed,and a multi-dimensional vibration aging vibration exciter was designed.TRIZ theory system function analysis and causal axis analysis were used to determine the reasons for the lack of adaptability of inertial vibration excitation devices,and solutions to the insufficient adaptability problem of inertial vibration excitation devices were obtained by adopting the technical contradiction solving principle,physical contradiction solving principle,and the matter-field model method.The structural design of the multi-dimensional vibration aging exciter was completed,and modal analysis on the key components of the main support was carried out.The design feasibility of the multi-dimensional vibration aging exciter was verified.The results show that the multi-dimensional vibration aging exciter has the advantages of strong adaptability,high excitation frequency,multi-dimensional vibration,etc.,which improves the efficiency and automation of vibration aging treatment,and meets the actual work needs of multi-dimensional vibration aging treatment.
