    摘要:

    煤矿井下钻孔施工时,作业人员频繁地装卸钻杆不仅劳动强度高,同时存在一定的安全隐患。为解决该问题,根据该自动化钻杆输送设备的机械结构和要求功能,设计出一套配套该设备的具有防爆功能的高精度电液比例控制液压系统。依据设备中各液压执行元件的负载、速度和动作要求,依次计算其压力和流量,从而确定液压系统的功率、各控制元件和液压原理。为了验证所设计液压系统是否符合工作要求,根据原理图制作了自动化钻杆输送设备的液压系统样机。实验结果表明:该样机能够将钻杆从输送设备的料仓移动到钻机的料框中,满足钻杆输送设备的工作要求。

    Abstract:

    Frequent loading and unloading drill pipe will lead high labor intensity and potential safety hazard for the workers when drilling in coal mine underground.In order to solve this problem, a high-accuracy electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system was designed with high explosion-proof degree according to mechanical structure and required function of the automated drill pipe transportation equipment.The power,control elements and hydraulic principle of the hydraulic system were defined by calculating the pressure and flow of each actuator according to its load,speed and action requirements in the equipment.In order to test the hydraulic system,a hydraulic system prototype of the automated drill pipe transportation equipment was made according to the hydraulic principle diagram.The experiment result shows that the prototype can transfer the drill pipes from silo of the transportation equipment to the case of the drilling machine and meets the work needs of drill pipe transportation equipment.
