    摘要:

    手工装配是油气管道焊接成套装备装配车间生产的主要方式。为了解决车间现场管理实时性差和信息化程度低的问题,结合数字孪生技术和精益制造的理论,设计一种提高智能化管控程度的数字孪生系统。提出系统的整体架构和功能模块;构建产品数字孪生体和数字孪生车间,并提出了一种减少不确定因素影响的管控方法;阐述各功能的工作原理;最后,以自动焊接成套装备某部件为例验证了系统运行的可靠性。实验结果证明:所提方案对提高焊接成套装备车间的生产效率和实现精益生产方式有显著效果。

    Abstract:

    Manual assembly is the main method of production in assembly workshop of oil and gas pipeline welding equipment.In order to solve the problems of poor real-time management and low degree of informatization in the workshop,combining digital twin technology and lean manufacturing theory,a digital twin system was designed to improve the degree of intelligent management and control.The overall architecture and functional modules of the system were proposed;the product digital twin and digital twin workshop were constructed,and a management and control method to reduce the influence of uncertain factors was proposed;the working principle of each function was expounded;finally,the operation reliability of the system was verified by taking a certain part of the automatic welding equipment as an example.The experiment results show that the proposed scheme has a significant effect on improving the production efficiency of the welding equipment workshop and realizing the lean production method.
