    摘要:

    智能工艺设计是智能制造的技术关键和基础。为了提高工艺设计效率,提出一种基于参数化工艺模板的智能工艺设计方法。其基本思路是利用参数化方式将工艺模板中的可变信息通过参数来进行表示,并以参数表达式和融合规则的方式建立工艺信息、工艺参数和零件参数的参数化关系,从而基于参数的驱动实现工艺智能设计。重点阐述参数化工艺模板方法中工艺、参数以及规则的表示,并对基于参数化工艺模板的工艺推理流程进行详细讨论,最后以筒形件的旋压工艺设计为例进行了智能工艺设计的验证,说明该方法易实现、效率高。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent process design is the key and foundation of intelligent manufacturing technology.In order to improve the efficiency of process design,an intelligent process design method based on parametric process template was proposed.The basic idea was to use parametric method to express the variable information in the process template through parameters,and the parametric relationship between process information,process parameters and part parameters was established by means of parameter expression and fusion rules,so as to realize process intelligent design based on parameter driving.The expression of process,parameters and rules in the parametric process template method was focused on,and the process reasoning process based on the parametric process template was discussed in detail.Finally,taking the spinning process design of cylindrical parts as an example,the intelligent process design was verified.It is shown that this method is easy to realize and efficient.
