    摘要:

    对已用配注器的缺陷形貌进行腐蚀形貌及产物分析,并基于Modified B31G标准对管类零件缺陷等效面积的表征方法建立了含缺陷配注器模型,应用有限元技术探究了缺陷等效面积、深度、角度等参数变化对配注器管类零件剩余强度的影响规律。研究结果表明,缺陷等效面积增长可提升缺陷区域的应力集中程度,但对结构强度影响较小,配注器管类零件的剩余强度主要受缺陷深度影响,应力峰值增长速度随缺陷深度增加而增加,当缺陷深度相同时,缺陷角度变化对管体强度几乎无影响。

    Abstract:

    The corrosion morphology and products of the defect morphology of the used injector were analyzed, and the injector model with defects was established based on the characterization method of the defect equivalent area of pipe parts based on the Modified B31G standard. The influence of the change of parameters such as the defect equivalent area, depth and angle on the residual strength of the injector pipe parts was explored by using the finite element technology. The results show that the increase of defect equivalent area can improve the stress concentration in the defect area, but has little effect on the structural strength. The residual strength of injection distributor pipe parts is mainly affected by the defect depth, and the growth rate of stress peak increases with the increase of defect depth. When the defect depth is the same, the change of defect angle has little effect on the pipe strength.
